Bird Feeder, Bird Watching and Wormery

12/7/2017

Picture
In science the boys designed a bird feeder, went bird watching and set up a wormery. As well as bird watching at school, they have to try and identify birds for homework today. They are using the identification sheet on the left. We are hoping our bird feeder at the front of the school attracts a lot of birds and helps to feed them during the cold winter. We are also hoping that the worms will mix up the soil in our wormery. (From 3rd class blog at https://haroldbns.blogspot.ie/2017/12/bird-watching-bird-feeder-wormery.html
